What To Expect
Your visit to Battle Ground Endodontics will begin with a thorough consultation and examination with Dr. Edward Tran. During this appointment, we will evaluate the area of concern, take any necessary diagnostic imaging, and determine whether root canal therapy is recommended. Dr. Tran will take the time to clearly explain your diagnosis and review all appropriate treatment options so you can feel informed and confident in your care.
If root canal therapy is indicated, a local anesthetic will be administered to ensure your comfort throughout the procedure. Dr. Tran will carefully remove the infected tissue, clean and disinfect the root canal system, and seal the tooth to prevent further infection. Most patients experience little to no discomfort during treatment and are able to return to their normal daily activities shortly afterward.
Following your procedure, you may be advised to return to your general dentist within a few weeks for a final restoration to protect your tooth. A detailed treatment report will be provided to your referring dentist to ensure continuity of care.
